Healing Mindset

The sages taught us about the faculties of human consciousness. These are the keys to your inner operating system. The tools by which you navigate, connect to Source, transform pain and suffering, and express light and love in the world.

Holy Days

Each of the Holy Days in the cycle of the year teaches us to embody a “note” with which we replay the symphony of life.

For example, Passover is the time of of our freedom, Sukkot is the time of our Joy, Hanuka are days of thanksgiving and praise, etc. We will unpack the teachings that reveal the way these “notes” can be expressed and lived in our hearts and souls.

Sefirat HaOmer

The seven weeks between Passover and Shavuot are opportunities for powerful inner healing and transformation. We explore the manifestation of the sefirot in our hearts and our lives. We explore meditations for tuning in to the seven hues of divine light, and aligning our minds, hearts, and beings.

Healing is Tshuva

Tshuvah means “return”.

שׁוּבוּ אֵלַי וְאָשׁוּבָה אֲלֵיכֶם אָמַר יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת

Return to me and I will return to you, says the Source of the Legions.

When we return to Source, Source returns to us. There is a blueprint of your potential and your healing. Discover it, gently blow on the coals so the flame comes forth. The flame of your inner soul is your personal guide to your personal healing path.
